A safety net for SCALES holders.

Protection is set up ahead of time. It has to be approved while your wallet is still safe, so it is ready if you are ever drained. It cannot be added after a theft has already happened.
Protect is in beta, and coverage is discretionary, not insurance.
How it works

The first wallet check is free and instant, with no login. Setting up your full protection takes a few short steps. Nothing is auto-approved: a real person reads your history and setup, then makes a call. We aim to get back to you within 3 business days.
Check your wallet, then prove it
The eligibility check is read-only: paste an address, no wallet connection, nothing signed. To finish, you prove the wallet is yours from inside your own wallet app. We never ask you to connect or sign here.
We assess your setup
We read your on-chain history, your wallet setup, and verify a real social identity behind it.
Get approved, or a clear report
If you qualify, you are approved for coverage. If not, you get a plain risk report telling you why.
If drained, file a claim
We investigate the drain on-chain, confirm it fits a covered event, and reimburse your SCALES.
Coverage
What is covered, plainly.
We cover genuine theft of your SCALES. We do not cover choices you made yourself.
Covered
- Phishing. A fake site, app, or message tricked you into signing, and your SCALES were drained.
- Approval drainer. You granted an approval to a malicious contract and it swept your SCALES.
- Seed-phrase compromise. Your seed phrase or private key was stolen and an attacker drained your SCALES.
Not covered
- Bad trades. You traded SCALES and lost value.
- Scams you chose to enter. You sent funds to an address or investment you picked yourself.
- Selling then regretting. You sold and later wished you had not.
- A rug you chose to buy. Any token you chose to acquire that lost its value.

Who qualifies.
Three entry gates. You pass all three to be eligible for a risk assessment. Passing them does not guarantee approval.
A real, lived-in wallet
At least 6 months old with at least 3 months of genuine activity. Not dust, not a fresh-funded-then-idle wallet.
A strong setup, proven
A Fuse smart wallet on iOS, proven on-chain, or a hardware wallet used through Jupiter Wallet mobile, proven by a short recording of you approving a send on your device.
A verified social account
An X or Discord account with genuine history. A realness signal, not a credit check.
How it is funded
Backed by a 10T SCALES reserve.
The program is funded by a community treasury reserve of 10 trillion SCALES. Beta is fully backed. Because every payout is SCALES in and SCALES out, solvency is pure SCALES accounting and stays price independent.
Coverage is set by your risk score alone, from 1M to 100B SCALES, never by how much you stake. We assess and approve at our discretion, in 3-month terms reviewed each quarter.
What this is not
- We are not insurance and not an insurer.
- We make no guarantee of payment. Approval is not a promise to pay a future claim.
- We pay only in SCALES, only 1:1, only from the reserve, only within your approved coverage and term.
- We may change, pause, throttle, or end the program at any time at our sole discretion.

Do I need to set it up before anything happens?
Yes. Protection has to be active before a theft. It can't be added after your wallet is already drained, so the time to check is now.
Who qualifies?
Your wallet needs some history (about six months old with a few months of genuine activity), a strong setup you can prove (a Fuse smart wallet, or a hardware wallet used through Jupiter Wallet mobile), and a verified X or Discord. Meeting all three lets you apply. You prove the wallet from inside your own wallet app: we never ask you to connect a wallet or sign anything on this site. Approval is reviewed case by case and is discretionary, not automatic.
How much am I covered for?
An approved amount based on a risk score, not on how much you stake, so it's never pay-to-win. Coverage runs in three-month terms and pays out in SCALES, 1:1.
